COACHING PROGRAM
Communication skills can change how your child shows up in the world.
Your child may be smart, creative, talented, and full of ideas—but having something valuable to say is only part of the equation.
They also need the confidence and communication skills to express those ideas, connect with others, handle pressure, and make their voice heard.
At Sameer Speaks, we help kids and teens become stronger, more confident communicators through practical coaching, real-world practice, and experiences designed around how they learn best.
Whether your child is just beginning to find their voice, ready to become a stronger storyteller, or looking for more advanced communication and leadership skills, there is a path for them.
Start with our free Parent Masterclass, then find the coaching experience that's right for your child.

Which Program Is Right for Your Child?
Every Program Has a Different Purpose.
Â
Sameer Speaks offers different experiences because students don't all need the same kind of coaching.
Some children are building their first speaking skills.
Some are ready to become stronger storytellers and performers.
Some need a structured communication framework.
Others are ready for ongoing coaching and deeper personal growth.
Here's what makes each experience different:
Â
StoryStage
Build the Foundation Through Storytelling
StoryStage is where younger students learn the fundamentals of speaking with confidence.
Designed for kids ages 8–12, this 4-week in-person experience uses storytelling to make public speaking fun, approachable, and engaging.
The biggest difference is that students learn by creating and telling their own story.
They don't just practice speaking—they build a story from their own experiences and work toward performing it in a live showcase.
What makes it different:
- Foundational public speaking experience
- Storytelling-centered
- Designed specifically for ages 8–12
- Small-group, hands-on environment
- Builds confidence through practice and performance
- Ends with a live StoryStage Showcase
Choose StoryStage if:
Your child is new to public speaking, feels shy expressing themselves, or would benefit from a fun and supportive introduction to speaking and storytelling.
Â
StoryStage: Next-Level Speakers
Take Existing Speaking Skills to the Next Level
This is the advanced step after StoryStage.
StoryStage: Next-Level Speakers is specifically for students who have already completed StoryStage.
Unlike Foundations, students aren't starting over. They build on what they already know and work on more advanced storytelling, delivery, stage presence, and audience connection.
The biggest difference is the level of challenge and refinement.
Students move from simply telling a story to learning how to capture and hold an audience's attention.
What makes it different:
- Exclusively for returning StoryStage students
- Builds on existing speaking skills
- More advanced storytelling techniques
- Stronger stage presence and vocal delivery
- Greater focus on audience connection
- More polished and developed original stories
Choose Next-Level Speakers if:
Your child has completed StoryStage and is ready for a more advanced challenge rather than repeating the fundamentals.
Â
GPA Program
Learn the Framework Behind Powerful Communication
GPA is different because it focuses on a repeatable communication framework.
GPA stands for Grab People's Attention and teaches students how to communicate in a way that makes people want to listen.
While StoryStage uses storytelling as the primary vehicle for building confidence, GPA focuses more directly on how to communicate with impact.
Students can apply the framework to speeches, presentations, storytelling, interviews, leadership situations, and everyday communication.
What makes it different:
- Built around Sameer's GPA Method
- Focuses on grabbing and holding attention
- Practical communication framework
- Applies beyond storytelling
- Useful for presentations, speeches, interviews, and leadership
- Emphasizes communication impact and delivery
Choose GPA if:
Your child wants to become a stronger, more engaging communicator and learn a practical framework they can use in different speaking situations.
Â
Free Parent Masterclass
Understand The Confidence Code Before Your Teen Enrolls
The Free Parent Masterclass is different because it is not a student coaching program.
It is the parent's introduction to The Confidence Code.
This online webinar gives parents a clear understanding of the system, methodology, coaching structure, and student experience before deciding whether the program is right for their teen.
Parents get to see how The Confidence Code works before committing to the coaching program.
What makes it different:
- Designed for parents
- Completely free
- Online webinar
- Explains The Confidence Code system
- Introduces Sameer's GPA Method
- Explains the coaching structure
- Helps parents understand what their teen will learn
- Gives parents an opportunity to make an informed decision
Choose the Masterclass if:
You're a parent of a teen and want to understand The Confidence Code before enrolling.
Â
1:1 Coaching
Coaching Built Around One Student's Specific Needs
1:1 Coaching is different because it is completely personalized.
Instead of having students follow a shared program, Sameer works directly with the individual student based on their specific goals, challenges, and communication needs.
A student might need help preparing for an interview, improving presentations, becoming more confident speaking in class, preparing for a speech, or developing stronger leadership communication.
What makes it different:
- One-on-one attention
- Personalized goals
- Customized coaching
- Direct feedback from Sameer
- Flexible focus based on the student's needs
- Can address a specific upcoming challenge or longer-term goal
Choose 1:1 Coaching if:
Your child has a specific communication goal or would benefit more from individualized coaching than a group environment.
Â
Small Group Coaching
Customized Coaching for a Group of Students
Small Group Coaching is different because the experience is built around your group.
Rather than enrolling into a standard program, you bring together a group of students and Sameer creates a coaching experience based on their shared needs and goals.
It can be designed for schools, homeschool groups, friend groups, youth organizations, leadership groups, and other communities.
What makes it different:
- Customized for your group
- Flexible curriculum and focus
- Can be delivered online or in person
- Designed around shared goals
- Interactive and collaborative
- Ideal for organizations or groups of students
Choose Small Group Coaching if:
You already have a group of students and want Sameer to provide a customized communication or public speaking experience.
